Cynthia Tasso

Cynthia Tasso is an HR leader with over 16 years of experience creating workplace cultures where employees feel seen, supported, and valued. She currently serves as HR Director at Carterra, a company whose technology supports antibody and pharmaceutical research around the world. Cynthia is passionate about building people practices that protect organizations, navigating complex employee relations matters, and empowering employees to do their best work.

Outside of Work: Cynthia loves unplugging and spending time outdoors, especially camping in off-the-grid locations with her family. As a mother of four, she cherishes every opportunity to play games, explore, and create memories with her children.
