Who We Are
The VIP HR Collective was created with a simple but powerful vision: to build a trusted space where senior HR leaders can genuinely connect, learn, grow, and support one another.
As HR professionals, we recognized a need for more meaningful conversations at the executive level conversations that go beyond surface networking and focus on the real challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities today’s HR leaders face every day.
The Collective was designed for CHROs, VPs of HR, and senior HR leaders who want more than just another event.
We wanted to create a community where leaders could exchange ideas openly, learn from one another’s experiences, and gain insight from forward-thinking speakers and panelists discussing the topics that matter most right now.
Our quarterly luncheons are intentionally curated based on feedback from local & national CHROs, executive HR leaders, national SHRM trends, and the evolving needs of the HR profession. In partnership with our executive CHRO committee and the strong HR community connected through organizations like SHRM and Salt Lake SHRM, we strive to stay ahead of emerging workplace conversations and provide strategic, relevant, and impactful content.
But the VIP HR Collective is about more than education.
It is about community.
It is about creating a space where relationships are built, and leaders feel supported both professionally and personally. We believe leadership can feel isolating at times, and no HR leader should have to navigate today’s workplace challenges alone.
