Melissa Ceballos

Melissa Ceballos brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Management, Marketing, and Business Development. She currently serves as Director of People and Business Development at Elevated Retirement Group, where she helps organizations strengthen financial wellness programs and retirement readiness for employees. Melissa is both PHR and SHRM-CP certified and is widely recognized as a leader within Utah's HR community, having served as President of Salt Lake SHRM and currently serving as Chair of the Utah Worksite Wellness Council.

Outside of Work: Melissa enjoys connecting with people, supporting professional development initiatives, and spending time with family and friends.

Fun Fact: Originally from Southern California, Melissa moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah, where she earned her degree in Communication before launching her successful HR career.
